UP Board is missing in SSC JE Registration form ?

Definitely no, if you scroll the list up, You will found 
"Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh"
which is nothing but full name of UP Board. So do not confused with it. Even if you made mistake wait till 7 DAYS, and register again.
